Life Care Center
Life Care is a crisis pregnancy center that supports expecting mothers. There are many ways you can come alongside this ministry including financial support, volunteering, and donating items needed for expecting moms. Find out more here.
Ottawa now has a "pop up" homeless shelter on cold nights in Franklin County. This ministry is sponsored by United Way. They would greatly appreciate more volunteers to support this ministry or donations of non-perishable food items. Find contact information for this organizations here.
Hope House relies on financial support from member churches, community groups, local businesses, individuals and United Way to keep its doors open. Material goods, such as food and clothing, are received primarily through donations with Hope House directly purchasing any shortfall. They work with other county and city agencies to provide a full range of services to our clients including: food, clothing, utilities assistance, Gas vouchers, housing assistance, Emergency aid, loans, TEFAP, referrals and much more.
